Raw Material
Sourcing raw skins from various parts of Middle East, Russia & Africa apart from domestic market and finishing in LWG Compliance tannery to offer the best quality of leather for both garments and goods.
Besides offering best tanned leather at reasonable prices, it is made sure that benefit of having dedicated tanneries is also passed on to the clients.
Research & Development
A full-fledged young and dynamic R&D division working in Factory & Tannery continues to visit all global fairs around the world enabling Shiven Impex to translate creativity and imagination into practical designs in leather garments, leather goods & Accessories along with providing comfort and quality.
Presentation of our new leather developments along with new sketches of garments four times a year for both seasons is a habit.

Tanneries: One for raw to wet blue & second for wet blue to finished are equipped with modern state of art machinery ( Domestic & Imported) have the capacity to make 600,000 sq. ft. of leather per month of Sheep, Goat & Buffalo.
Garments & accessories factory is equipped with all kinds of modern & sophisticated imported machinery. Factory has the monthly capacity to produce 7000 units of garments and 9000 units of leather goods.
In house machine shop is equipped and well versed with embroidery, sequins and all kinds of value additions on leather garments and accessories.
